Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Quoravelladininga website and your interactions with Quoravelladininga Hospitality Pty Ltd, located at 148 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with other visitors.

2. Website purpose

The website provides general information about the restaurant, sample menu content, opening hours, location details, dining information and a way to submit reservation enquiries. Content is provided for general information and may be updated as menus, availability, prices, hours or operational arrangements change.

3. Reservations

A reservation request submitted through the website is a request only and is not confirmed until the restaurant communicates acceptance through its normal booking process. We may decline or propose an alternative time where capacity, staffing, event requirements or other operational conditions make the original request unavailable.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, guest numbers and relevant dining information. If your plans change, please contact the restaurant as early as practicable so the table can be adjusted or released.

4. Arrival times and table use

We recommend arriving at the agreed reservation time. If you expect a significant delay, contact the restaurant. Depending on later bookings and service capacity, a late arrival may reduce the available dining time or require a different table arrangement.

For larger groups or periods of high demand, we may communicate specific seating durations or booking conditions before a reservation is confirmed.

5. Menu availability and pricing

Our menus are seasonal. Dishes, ingredients, garnishes and prices shown online may change without prior notice because produce availability and kitchen planning vary. Images are illustrative of our cooking style and do not guarantee that the exact dish shown will be available on a particular date.

Prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. The current restaurant menu at the time of your visit takes precedence over older website content or cached copies.

6. Dietary and accessibility requests

We welcome advance information about allergies, dietary preferences and accessibility requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests where practical, but some dishes are prepared in a shared kitchen environment and not every component can always be changed without affecting the dish or service.

Guests remain responsible for communicating information that is relevant to their own dining choices. If a request is particularly important, raise it with the restaurant before your visit and again with the service team on arrival.

7. Conduct at the restaurant

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests and the property. We may refuse service, end a visit or require a person to leave where conduct is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, destructive, seriously disruptive or unlawful.

8. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but continuous access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, browser differences, security work or technical faults may temporarily affect availability. We may change, suspend or remove website features where reasonably necessary.

9. Acceptable website use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to website systems, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that places unreasonable load on infrastructure, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, layout, branding, graphics and original presentation are owned by or licensed to Quoravelladininga and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial reuse requires permission unless allowed by law.

11. Third-party rights

Some photographs or other materials may be used under licence. Those materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners or licensors and must not be extracted or reused merely because they appear on this website.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law or other applicable legislation. Subject to those mandatory rights, we are not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by reliance on website information that has become outdated after publication.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, any limitation will be applied only to the extent permitted by law and with regard to the nature of the relevant service or transaction.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information about browser storage is explained in our Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, restaurant operations or applicable law. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Your continued use of the website after an updated version is published means the updated terms apply to subsequent use.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any mandatory legal rights concerning jurisdiction, disputes relating to these terms or website use may be brought before courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales.

17. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. If a statutory guarantee or other mandatory protection applies, these terms operate subject to that protection.

18. Reservation changes and cancellations

A reservation request submitted through the website is not confirmed merely because the form has been completed. Confirmation depends on availability and the restaurant’s acceptance of the requested date, time and party size. If your plans change, contact the restaurant as early as practical so the table can be adjusted or released.

The website does not process online payment and does not create an automatic financial transaction when a reservation request is submitted. Any venue-specific arrangement communicated separately by the restaurant will be explained before it becomes applicable.

19. Accuracy of website information

We take reasonable care to keep opening hours, menu descriptions, prices, contact information and service details current. Seasonal availability, supplier changes, operational requirements or unexpected circumstances may require changes without prior website notice. Information displayed online should therefore be read as current guidance rather than a guarantee that every listed item will be available at every service.

20. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or inability to provide a reservation or website function where the cause is outside our reasonable control, including major utility failures, severe weather, transport disruption, emergency restrictions, supplier interruption or other events that materially affect safe restaurant operations. Where practical, we will communicate changes and offer reasonable alternatives.
